A short sampling of the many wonderful, heart-warming sounds of Phoenix

Spring

Fisher is very proud of our spring craft project--caterpillars.
Phoenix just lounging in the morning, sporting her usual smile.

Trying out some homemade strawberry ice cream (note the jammies and winter hat combo).

Running through the green space at our loft. I'm digging the hair and eyes.

And a close up of my sweet boy.

We've had some really warm days so we went on some picnics--this one downtown.

Bright-eyed Phoenix enjoying the picnic lunch.

After lunch we went to Fisher's favorite hill in the sculpture gardens so he could get some rolling in.

Coloring Easter eggs for the first time.

On Saturday we took the kids to an egg hunt downtown.

And they got to meet the Easter bunny.

The bunny paid a visit to our loft Easter morning,

and again at Grandma B's house that afternoon. Fisher was completely wild with all the candy and play time with cousins all day. Phoenix spent her day just smiling at everyone who looked at her.

A family shot. The stripes were completely coincidental!

Goofing around in the grass.

Happy little Phoenix! How could one not smile at this picture? She's 6 months old now...still not sitting up and only rolling when she feels like it, which isn't often. She's just the most chill sweet baby around.
